Services - Terms & Conditions
​1. Writing Services. Sharp Career Image provides résumé, cover letter, LinkedIn profile and other writing and editing services. The intake and evaluation of your current résumé and job targets may be determined by phone interview or written questionnaire. After you have received your revised résumé, you may contact us by email or phone within 7 days of the sent date posted on the email should you need further revision. We will provide a second draft to you within 7 days from the sent date on the email back from you. Additional charges billed at the rate of $75 per hour will apply if editing services are requested after the 7 day editing time frame provided for above. The Client has no rights to or ownership of any content until they have accepted the final order in written or verbal form. Once accepted, the Client has rights to publish, perform, display, reproduce, distribute, create derivative works and sell the delivered and approved content in any type of media including, but not limited to, print and or online media throughout the world.

2. Job Search & Application Service. By engaging Sharp Career Image's Job Search and Application Service, the client agrees to the following terms and conditions: This service includes manual job searches, opportunity matching, and the submission of customized applications and cover letters for up to 50 job opportunities during a 30-day period. These applications are crafted and submitted on the client’s behalf based on their career goals and preferences. The 30-day service period begins when the client confirms they are ready to begin the application process, and it includes 30 calendar days of active support, job search, and application delivery. While every effort will be made to align applications with the client’s preferences, market conditions and job availability may result in some applications not fully matching specified criteria. As part of the job application process, clients may receive unexpected or unsolicited communications from recruiters, hiring managers, or employers. Clients are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including their resume and job preferences. Delays in providing required materials may delay or reduce the number of applications submitted. Applications will be distributed strategically over the course of the service period, but specific opportunities or outcomes cannot be guaranteed. Clients may extend the service monthly at a rate of $99 per additional 30-day period. The volume and scope of applications may be customized to fit the client’s evolving needs with advance coordination. To extend the service, clients must notify Sharp Career Image at least 3 business days prior to the end of the current service period. The service may be canceled at any time; however, no refunds will be issued for services already delivered or partially completed. While Sharp Career Image is committed to delivering a high-quality experience and improving job search outcomes, job interviews or offers are not guaranteed. All client information is treated as confidential and used exclusively for job search and application purposes. Sharp Career Image reserves the right to modify the terms or scope of the service with reasonable prior notice.
3. Privacy. Each party hereto acknowledges that, by reason of its performance under this agreement, it shall have access to, and shall receive from the other party the confidential information or files of the other party, including but not limited to personal images, work history files, and other “nonpublic personal information". Each party shall hold all such confidential Information in the strictest confidence and shall use such confidential information solely in connection with its performance under this agreement and for the business purposes set forth in this agreement. Under no circumstances may a party cause any confidential information of the other party to be disclosed to any third party or reused or redistributed without the other party’s prior written consent.​
4. Payment. Payment is due immediately upon invoice receipt. Clients may be requested to pay a deposit prior to work beginning. Any deposit paid will represent 50% of the total amount due for the client's complete order. Final unprotected documents will not be provided to the client until final payment is received by Sharp Career Image. After the client accepts the final order, any deposit will be deducted from the final invoice amount. Acceptable forms of payment include PayPal, a major credit or debit card, Zelle, or Venmo. An additional fee may be assessed for 'rush' order requests. Prices may vary and are subject to change depending on the scope of each individual project. Client's payment remittance serves as acceptance and agreement to the terms of service.

5. Delivery Estimates. By placing your order, you accept and understand the delivery dates for services is an estimate. We would rather ensure quality results and that the work is performed well and not rush to make a deadline, so some delays may occur.

6. Liability. ​You are responsible for proofreading, finalizing, and verifying your documents’ accuracy before submitting them to job applications or networking. You are under no obligation to use any advice, suggestions, or documents provided , and you choose to do so at your discretion.

Sharp Career Image does not guarantee success utilizing provided advice as hiring consists of many variables. You are under no obligation to use any information provided. Hiring is highly subjective, and there is no one true "right" or "wrong" way to construct a resume, cover letter, or LinkedIn profile. Sharp Career Image/Greta Schneider is not liable for any injury or damage caused by the advice/suggestions/documents given. If the buyer uses the provided advice/suggestions/documents, they do so at their own discretion.

7. Satisfaction Guarantee. Clients may indicate acceptance and satisfaction of a resume, cover letter, or LinkedIn profile in writing upon delivery of the final project documents or services. If no response is received from the client within seven (7) calendar days following the delivery of the documents (including first drafts or revised versions), the work shall be deemed accepted and the project finalized. Once a project is deemed final, no refunds, revisions, or further modifications will be provided.

Requests for additional revisions or modifications beyond the seven (7) day acceptance period may require a new agreement, subject to additional service fees and revised project terms. Prior work that has been expressly accepted or deemed final will not be eligible for revision under the original service agreement.
